Cedar Hill Renovation
This older house has many charming features and was in a wonderful location, but lacked a great kitchen and second bathroom for this busy family. The desire to have a beautiful, comfortable home to raise their kids had to be tempered with the environmentally conscious choices they make everyday. The house was transformed without tearing down or adding on. The kitchen and dining room are now bright, social spaces connected to the living room and better oriented to the entry. The renovation of a basement laundry room (previously a warren of pipes and unfinished concrete) is now a fabulous second bath as well as a functional laundry room.
